Chef De Cuisine (Italian Restaurant)

As our Chef De Cuisine for our Italian Restaurant, you will lead and inspire our kitchen team in the creation of culinary masterpieces that will allow our guests to rediscover the true meaning of warm hospitality while enjoying authentic and memorable experiences.

What you will be doing:

- Manage the Italian restaurant's kitchen in the Hotel
- Maintain/Monitor manning and food costs in line with the Hotel's requirements
- Create menus that are casual yet sophisticated and that appeal to the local market through development of recipes, presentations, and quality standards
- Oversee daily activities such as preparation for all food items, sanitation of the outlets, receiving daily inventories, daily log report, and food cost report
- Ensure departmental schedules reflect our service commitments, colleague needs, and business-productivity commitments

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Minimum of 3 years culinary management experience in an upscale or luxury operation
- Diploma Certification in a Culinary required
- Creative and passionate about food and customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
- Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
