Job description / Role
This vacancy is with a high profile Qatar based real estate master-developer (semi government) with prestigious luxury mixed-use “community” developments, both locally and across the globe.
The main purpose of the role is to carries out more complex and/or atypical Internal Audit reviews of risks and controls, and undertakes inspections in accordance with approved Corporate and Development Audit programmes and special investigations to ensure compliance with QD’s development, Project Management, Procurement & Contracts Management, Financial, Accounting, Administrative and business policies, systems and procedures. You will ensure legal compliance, safeguard the assets of QD, and promote effectiveness, efficiency and economy.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Business Capabilities
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit/ Finance /Engineering/Quantity Surveying with minimum five years’ experience as Internal Auditor.
• Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant/Professional Engineer/Quantity Surveyor preferable.
• Prior real estate experience or knowledge of real estate operations/accounting is desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/ Accounting or Finance
• Relevant Professional designations
