A well-known financial institution in Qatar is looking for a Head of Business Development to join their expanding team. The successful candidate needs 8 - 10 years of Business Development and New Product Development experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the formulation of product development strategies and conducting detailed analysis for developing, enhancing and monitoring, post-launch, of bank’s products accessible to the SMEs and other target customers.
• Improve long term strategic relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders who support in creation of new products
• Lead internal teams in developing a market campaign strategy ensuring that its products have gone mainstream, consumers are comfortable utilizing those products and engaging in them
• Be responsible for post launch product review and suggestions for coarse corrective action planning to improve product reach and customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Master in Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum of 8-10 years of Business Development and New Product Development experience with
• 4-5 years of experience in a bank in a similar role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
