Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a top tier Law Firm in Qatar who is looking to hire a Head of Business Development to join the team and manage all aspects of BD and Marketing. There is huge opportunity for growth as the firm look to expand the team and overall presence in the Middle East.
You will be responsible for leading the full BD operation with high levels of autonomy to implement ideas and strategies. You will work closely with all the Partners to target areas of growth and existing client management. You will also be expected to produce all new proposals, website content and organise events. This is a real challenge for someone looking to push themselves in an exciting country and be part of expansion from the start.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years business development experience in a professional service environment. Those with Law Firm experience would have a major advantage. Ideally, you should be bilingual, however this isn’t essential. You must also have the capability to obtain a visa for Qatar.
