Job description / Role
Charterhouse is looking for a talented, driven and experienced candidate who will play a crucial role within the HR team. Our client is looking to hire a Head of Employee Performance Management. This exciting and challenging opportunity will see the successful candidate implement and establish the performance management framework and culture to support the accomplishment of the company’s vision, mission, strategic and operational objectives through a strong performance driven approach.
Accountabilities include developing, designing, implementing and the continual improvement of the performance appraisal system, facilitate integration of the competency framework within HR Processes, employee satisfaction and feedback surveys, conduct assessment and development centers, develop career development plans, design performance management training programs, coaching, counselling and conducts workshops and effectively drive identification, development and retention of star performers.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree in HRM, proven track record in training/workshop delivery skills and experience as well as at least 8 years’ experience in Human Resources Development including experience of appraisal systems, employee development and application and identification of learning needs.
