Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a financial services client in Doha who is looking to hire a Head of Learning and Development. Working closely with all Business Lines you will development strong partnerships and will play a key role putting forward solid recommendations for the business.
Working alongside the Head of HR, this is an amazing opportunity to join a leading organisation and be heavily involved in the development and implementation of an integrated Learning and Development strategy across the business. You will lead performance management and appraisals for employees both Expatriate and Qatarization Training Programs across all levels within the business.
You will manage and improve existing training courses whilst implementing new courses where necessary, both front and back office within this institution. In addition, you will set KPIs across the company as well as manage and lead a team of L&D professionals.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience at Director Level or Lead role and should have a strong background in a L&D position ideally within the Financial Services / Banking sector. The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is essential and you will also have excellent leadership and English communication skills.
