Employment: Full Time

Our client has an exciting new opportunity; reporting to the Chief Business Officer this role will be heading the Mega Projects (Large Value Projects) function which is responsible for setting the Mega Projects strategies, relationship management and deliver quality customer experiences to drive profitable sales and meet business objectives.

Key accountabilities include the following: opportunity identification; identify and grow opportunities within ongoing and future Mega projects in Qatar by capitalizing on the local market and international capabilities. Mega Projects Strategy; design and implement a strategic business plan that allows for building a sold immediate and future sales pipeline to expands the customer base and ensure a strong presence within Mega Projects, customer experience; deliver a high quality customer experience utilising the local market account management team, rollout/delivery teams and customer care, relationship management; develop and maintain a healthy relationship with the target client stakeholders.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be highly polished, professional individual with a minimum of 8 years experience in the same role. You should have a solid technical background, preferred Telco/IT and come from a sales and business development having focused on Mega Projects (large value projects) ideally with Middle East. You should also have strong internal and external stakeholder management skills and good project management, people management and negotiation skills.
