Charterhouse is working with a leading international conglomerate looking to hire a Head of Operations for one of their subsidiaries. Our client operates across a number of different industry sectors including trading, manufacturing, entertainment and property.
Requirements
You will be responsible for implementing strategies to constantly improve customer satisfaction whilst putting in place marketing strategies to generate business. You will also have the responsibility of managing a team of over 50 employees, overseeing all areas of the centre including entertainment, retail and F&B.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in the entertainment / amusement industry.
