Guildhall is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee our client's large-scale, multi-site catering operations across Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in industrial or remote-site catering environments, with a strong focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multi-site catering operations, ensuring all contractual KPIs and service quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Ensure full compliance with QHSE and food safety standards, driving a culture of safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.
• Develop and manage budgets, manpower, and resource planning, optimizing cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor Operations Managers and Site Managers, setting clear performance targets and ensuring operational consistency across sites.
• Strengthen and maintain strong client relationships, addressing escalations proactively and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Oversee contract management, logistics coordination, and service delivery to ensure smooth execution across multiple client sites.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align operations with business strategy and growth objectives.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance analyses to the executive team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12–18 years of experience in large-scale catering or hospitality operations, with at least 5+ years in senior regional or multi-site leadership.
• Proven expertise in contract management, logistics, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Strong understanding of food safety, HSE, and ISO standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• GCC experience preferred.
