Job description / Role
Our client is a vocational training institution who offers technical programmes/courses within the Financial Services Sector. They are looking to hire a Head of Product Development who will manage the sourcing and content development within the courses provided to their corporate and individual clients, as well as sourcing faculty and partners for these programmes offered.
This is a niche role where you are responsible for designing high-level course content for the program portfolio and are accountable for overseeing all Product Specialists (Banking/CM/AM/Insurance etc.) on portfolio and content alignment and quality. You will be accountable for, but not limited to maintaining close relationships with players within the FS sector such as banks, understanding their gaps and training requirements. You will also keep abreast of all new developments within the FS sector related to education as well as source top faculty and partners to detail and deliver the programmes. Furthermore you will coordinate with the business development team designing certification, handle programme price setting as well as support the design and development of custom programs and special initiatives.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in Finance or Business Administration (Masters would be preferred) with experience in product development within the FS industry and 8 -10 years within the FS education field. You should also have solid experience and knowledge across the FS sectors with experience in developing courses for vocational training institutions as well as a solid network within the FS education community. Arabic speaking candidates are preferred for the role.
