Job description / Role
Please note that due to visa restriction this position is open to Indian nationals only. Ideally you will already be based in Qatar with an NOC. My client is a Doha based Interior Designing and Fit-out company providing out-of-the-box solutions. They are committed to provide best in class Quality Services in Design, Engineering, Construction of Turnkey Interior Fit-Out works and Trading of Fit-Out Related Materials.

Main Purpose:
• To provide leadership in project development, constructing and managing projects and business units in line of the company’s objectives.
Location: Qatar
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic plans for Project Delivery and lead their implementation
• To provide Technical Support to the project teams
• To audit projects on Technical and Commercial aspects and work towards closure of any audit observations
• To implement training required to enhance Technical capabilities of Project Teams
• To ensure compliance with Quality, Cost and Time as stipulated in the Contract / Industry Standards
• Overview of Project Quality Plans and Implementation
• To supervise, communicate with and provide direction to Project Managers
• To coordinate and ensure peer review process as required for any structural requirements
• To collate information on best practices and learning and use it for more efficient and effective delivery
• To ensure developing / understanding and application company standards with regard to Quality standards
• To support in creating and implementing Systems & Process

• Final authority on peer reviews
• Final authority in closure of Technical non compliances or audit observations

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
• Worked with established project / construction management / contracting companies
• Experience on large scale building projects
• Minimum 15 years of experience including preferably minimum 5 years in similar position
• Minimum 5 years Middle East Countries experience
Qualification:
• Engineering Masters / Degree in Civil or Architecture
