Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading Property Developer in Qatar is looking for a Head of Property Development to join their team in Doha, Qatar.

• Involvement from concept development, design feasibility and asset management across new and existing assets
• Generate development appraisals and advise on land acquisition/feasibility
• Assist with the preparation and approval process of existing property operating budgets
• Reporting on financial analysis and market studies and identify return on investment strategies

QAR 50,000 to 80,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


The preferred candidate must have front and back end development experience.

Minimum of 15 years experience. 5 years in the middle east.

Masters degree preferred. Minimum requirement is a bachelors degree in the related field.
