Employment: Full Time

Head of Retail position for the Insurance Industry in Qatar.

Our client is hiring for a Head of Retail to join their team in Qatar. This candidate will be reporting directly to the EVP Retail and be responsible for supervising the management of all personal insurance lines such as Home, Personal, and Travel etc. The position requires the candidate to assess market potential, develop retail products and determine price schedules. The candidate will also be responsible of marketing, developing and insurance reviewing products.

Requirements

The applicant will require a minimum of 5 years retail insurance industry experience (non-motor). The successful candidate will have knowledge of with insurance products. The candidate must have experience CRM and compliance/regulatory requirements. The candidate must speak English fluently.

The role will provide competitive salary package and relocation package if outside of Qatar.
