Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets. Enhance the effectiveness of existing distribution channels and develop untapped ones.
• Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives fall within designated budgets.
• Lead convergence efforts with the Group in respect of maximizing insurance products per customer (PPC) penetration and key stakeholder/partner relationships.
• Determine product positioning, packaging and pricing strategy with key stakeholders, to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
• Oversee and evaluates market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and event.
• Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
• Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.

Requirements

• Over 7 years’ experience in selling insurance products is MUST
• MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Incumbent MUST have experience in either insurance company or bank
• MUST have experience in GCC
• Excellent communication skills
• Arabic would be advantageous
