Our client is the #1 distributor of consumer electronics and appliances in Qatar representing the biggest names in the industry. With thousands of clients and millions of units sold and supported, this brand is the best known in the region.
To provide support to critical installations and widespread customers across Qatar, we are now looking for a seasoned Head of Service.
The ideal person for this position would be armed with an Engineering degree followed by a post graduation in Management with a minimum of 20 years of experience including atleast 10 years in the GCC region. They must be presently working as a Head of After sales service for a leading multinational brand of consumer durables.
As this position will take responsibility for a team of hundreds of technicians, engineers, managers and helpers, we are only looking for those who have had extensive team management experience and ability to work with distributed teams. Exceptional team management and communication skills are essential.
