Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading hospitality group in Qatar who is looking to hire a Head Pastry Chef.
As Head Pastry Chef, you will oversee the pastry within the central kitchen, supplying all their restaurants and catering business, across multiple brands and cuisines. To be considered for this role you should have experience in all areas of pastry as well as development of new desserts and pastries. Ideally, you should have progressed in your career to the level of Head Pastry Chef or Executive Pastry Chef with a highly diverse and creative portfolio.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years' experience and ideally be currently working as a Head Pastry Chef. This role really needs someone that has great team spirit and leadership skills, bringing a positive energy to grow and develop a team. As the cuisines across the group vary, preference will be given to individuals with experience in a central kitchen environment.
