Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a leading financial institution with a global presence and an exceptional reputation in the marketplace, who is looking to hire a Qatari Head Teller for their Private Banking division.

In this role, your primary responsibility is to give excellent customer service while assisting clients with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions. The Head Teller will also respond to customer requests and inquiries, and make recommendations about bank products and services.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years’ experience as a Teller in Corporate Banking or the Private Sector. Exceptional time management and customer service skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.

The ideal candidate must possess high levels of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy. Due to the requirements of the role, only Qatari Nationals will be considered for this role.
