Hospitality General Manager

Job description / Role

A leading hospitality group in Qatar is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee its growing portfolio of restaurants, catering, and event operations. This role focuses on building international F&B brands, improving internal operations, driving financial performance, and inspiring innovation across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and grow the company’s F&B and event brands locally and internationally.
• Drive strategic plans and financial goals.
• Develop and implement innovation frameworks to improve operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver excellent service and new ideas.
• Enhance internal communication and use data to improve performance.
• Promote a culture of learning, development, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and health/safety regulations.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of hospitality experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong background in P&L, budgeting, and revenue growth.
• Experience with opening new concepts and managing large teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial and HR systems, health & safety, and the Qatar market.
• Creative, strategic, and passionate about service and innovation.
