Hostess / Cashier

Job description / Role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hostess / Cashier to join our dynamic hospitality team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service while managing cashier duties accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage seating arrangements and maintain waiting lists as needed.
- Handle cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash accurately.
- Provide guests with menu information and assist with any inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Female Candidate with an experience working in fine dining restaurant.
