Hotel Sales Manager - Government

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an established hospitality group who are looking to hire a Sales Manager – Government for their portfolio of hotels in Qatar. As Sales Manager you will work closely with and report directly to the Director of Sales.

You main responsibility will be to drive all sales activities with Government departments. Achieving revenue and profit targets whilst continuing to develop and maintain the customer base. You will work to identify market trends and new opportunities. In addition, you will continually review your accounts to make sure all potential for each and every account is maximized. You will be responsible for securing outdoor catering business from key government organisations.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have at least 4 years’ experience within a five star hotel sales roles, with your most recent position focused on Government sales. Previous corporate sales experience would be an advantage. Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to Arabic speakers. Candidates currently based in Doha will be considered for the position.
