HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR (fixed term contract until January 2023)

What you will be doing:

- Assists the Executive Housekeeper and the entire team with managing the day-to-day housekeeping office administration.
- Follow up and coordinate with other concerned departments all the relevant operational instructions to ensure that employees comply with the policies and procedures.
- Performs general office works and maintains confidentiality of important internal office matters as necessary.
- Answers all incoming telephone calls in accordance with the established standard procedures.
- Maintains the appropriate office supplies at all times
- Collaborates with other departments in an effective and friendly manner.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus.
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a large scale property.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- A hands-on approach is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
