Job description / Role
General Duties:
• To ensure that the school meets statutory employment and equality regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of employee handbook.
• Develop employee policies; ensure employees understand policies and are apprised of updates.
• Liaise as and when appropriate with the government departments.
• To check that personnel records are being kept up to date in accordance with statutory and audit requirements.
• Prepare and submit the annual School Workforce Count Data.
• Support line managers in dealing with poor performance and attendance issues.
• Payroll Management.
• Staff Training
• Oversee all administrative matters of the school
Requirements
• Previous experience of working in a School or Educational Institutions is a must
Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
• HR: 5 years (Required)
Language:
• English and Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• HR Certification (Preferred)
