Job description / Role
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Plan, formulate, recommend, and promote HR policies and programs which support company objectives.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Keeping all Managers informed and up to date on employment/labor laws
Requirements
- Master Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources (at least 5 years as HR Manager)
- Fluent Bilingual: Arabic, English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to create and sustain change.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management.
- Ability to produce innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the Business daily functions.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment with changing daily priorities.
