Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible to oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between professional HR and the business in operational areas across the assigned international locations. Furthermore, to manage and enhance the employee relations, talent planning & acquisition, performance management, learning, employee & leadership development to cultivate the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet our growth objectives.

You will also be accountable for the following:
- Lead the enhancement and execution of performance management, talent assessment, succession management, learning programs and processes and termination.
- Oversee all benefits and compensation policies, procedures, and programs. Provide guidance on benefits and compensation strategy planning and administration. Communicate all benefit and compensation programs to associates.
- Provides effective employee relations support on human resource matters through strong execution of employee relations programs and providing balanced counsel, policy evaluation and implementation, and conducting confidential investigations where required.
- Facilitates our recruiting and on-boarding processes to attract the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet our business objectives.
- Collaborates and partners with the balance of the HR team in achieving the company’s functional strategies and priorities.
- To promote the use of HR systems policies and processes, challenging appropriately as necessary.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the job holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

- Minimum experience of 10 years with 3 years of which working as a senior manager.
- Preferably a British passport holder.
- Bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis on Human Resources Management.
- CIPD qualified will be given preference.
- Experience in Asian Market is mandatory.
- Broad and strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with employees through strong business acumen to achieve business objectives.
- Focused experience in building and executing professional, functional, managerial, and leadership learning and development programs
- Ability to convey information effectively and the ability to speak clearly so others can understand.
