Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious organisation to appoint a HR Country Manager for one of their main offices in Qatar.
This role will be in charge of the Qatar and Kuwait region and will provide the cluster with HR expertise support across the spectrum of HR responsibilities. This role will ensure global HR initiatives reflect the local framework and labour laws and will require someone with excellent leadership ability to strategically support the teams. You will also be responsible for a team of HR professionals across the region, supporting them with all matters, to include resolution of complex problems.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a relevant Degree along with strong senior HR generalist experience across this region. Local labour law knowledge is a necessity, as well as an excellent understanding of commercial business. Further qualifications such as a CIPD or equivalent will be an advantage.
It is essential you are a fluent English speaker for this role, Arabic is advantageous.
