Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading MNC in Doha who is recognised as a leader in their industry. Their business has continued to see year on year growth and they now have a new and exciting opportunity for a driven and self-motivated HR Generalist.
The successful candidate will be solely responsible for the entire HR function of this division. Making this role your own, you will act as the sole HR contact and take on the responsibility of A-Z recruitment, induction of new starters, implementing talent processes and building relationships through effective relations management. You will also be involved in running internal grievance and disciplinary processes, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, managing recruitment agencies and driving recruitment strategies forward. You will be working with a Group HR Director to put into place future succession options and implementing performance management systems.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree, be fully proficient in English and ideally have knowledge of the Qatar Labour Laws. You should be meticulous, with a strong HR technical background together with excellent communication skills. Along with a flexible, proactive and self-motivating approach you will also be extremely customer focused. F&B sector experience is an advantage.
