Employment: Full Time

Our client are one of the leading Main Contractors in Qatar and have a workforce in excess of 10,000; they are specialist within large scale construction and infrastructure projects within the state of Qatar.

We are seeking to recruit an office based HR Manager, as the HR Manager you will be involved extensively within the recruitment, retention and management of staff. The role will also involve the management of both white and blue collar works and ensuring manpower resource levels are met on site. You will be working directly with the Head of HR and be working in a team of people.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic
• 10 years experience in HR & Recruitment
• Experienced in the Construction – Engineering - Property sector
• GCC experience
• Managed the Recruitment elements of the HR role
