Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide appropriate guidance and mentoring support to junior team members as their performance manager with a view to developing their skill sets and improving overall team capabilities
- Manage HR advisory Projects with a team of consultants and individually as the need may be - through efficient risk management, timely and appropriate delivery within budgets, timely billing & collections, reporting and feedback ensuring positive client feedback and repeat business
- Lead new initiatives for growing the HR Advisory offerings in Qatar & Bahrain
- Keep abreast of latest trends in HRM and consulting and disseminating the knowledge appropriately across the service line/BU

Requirements

- Strong HR concepts and documentation skills in at least any three of the following areas: organization and jobs design including job evaluation compensation & rewards; training/competency development/career & succession planning; performance management etc.
- Good understanding of HR consulting requirements - business development, project management, delivery and client management
- Financial Services, Infrastructure/Construction, Oil & Gas industry exposure will be an advantage
