Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an exciting new start-up company in Qatar, who is looking to hire an experienced all round HR Manager to join their team.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR matters pertaining to recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, immigration, development planning, employee relations, acting as the first point of contact to all employees as well as managing all other day to day HR activities as the team grows.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a relevant HR Professional qualification, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
This role requires someone who is fluent in English with excellent report writing and presentation abilities, and Arabic language is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of HR practices and Qatari labour law is essential. Candidates already in Qatar will be considered.
