Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading privately owned company who own and operate a number of restaurant franchises in Qatar. They are urgently seeking HR Manager/Generalist with solid experience within the F&B Industry and who is also fluent in Arabic.
You will perform and act within a generalist function and your primary responsibilities will include recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development and employee relations for the franchises. Policies and procedures are already in place, however you will be expected to add value by redefining and implementing them across the business line.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have strong experience within the F&B Sector, will be fluent in Arabic, based in Qatar and will have a proven track record as a HR Generalist. You will have solid knowledge of the Qatari Laws, have a Degree in HR and ideally have additional HR qualification such as CIPD or CHRP. Immediate start for the right candidate.
