Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading privately owned company within the hospitality sector who has a number of restaurant franchises. Our client is looking to hire a HR Manager/Generalist.
You will perform and act within a generalist function and your primary responsibilities will include recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development and employee relations. The policies and procedures are already in place, however you will be expected to add value by enhancing theses and the internal processes.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have strong experience within the hospitality sector and have a proven track record as a HR Generalist. You should have solid knowledge of the Qatari Laws, have a Degree in HR and having your CHRP would be an advantage. Candidates who are already based in Qatar will be given preference.
