Manpower Planning - Policy and Budgeting (HR)

• Leading company

Description:
• Design and review the framework, policies & processes, which are best aligned to the implementation of the performance management system, manpower planning, career path and development of the employees.
• Benchmark and evaluate HR Planning and Organizational Development policies and practices to a robust planning process.
• Support departments by reviewing draft job descriptions, updating JD's and maintaining a database for use by all HR teams
• Consolidate the HR budget, analyze expenses, prepare presentations and ensure Manager C+B is updated with all variances.
• Build strong relationships with the business to gain an understanding of the business drivers and plans to better support them with organizational changes, promotions, etc.
• Benchmark and evaluate HR Planning and Organizational Development policies and practices to a robust planning process.
• Support departments by reviewing draft job descriptions, updating JD's and maintaining a database for use by all HR teams.

Requirements

• HR Degree qualified/or relevant Degree with over 7-8 years of experience in the HR functions within large and multinational organizations
• Experience design, develop, implementing of Performance and Manpower Planning management system from scratch
• HR & CIPD Certification, Project Management drive & 6 Sigma trained would be added advantage
