Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking to hire a HR Policy Development & Governance Specialist who will play an integral role developing, implementing and revising HR Policies and related management instructions in the consistent implementation of employee regulations.

You will act as an internal expert and will be responsible for developing and maintaining, as well as communicating and interpreting HR policies and procedures across the business. You will ensure alignment has been made with HR best practice and that these practices are compliant within organisation and legislative requirements. Your role will be to govern, define and implement these policies, procedures and processes to all relevant stakeholders; conduct policy bench marking studies; develop and maintain a policy system, framework and format to track; and manage policy documentation. You will also contribute to the coaching and development of expertise on policies.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a Degree with an acquired specialisation in human resources, including policy design and implementation. You should be able to demonstrate a wealth of knowledge within policy and employment contract specialism over the last seven years. You should also have a solid understanding of labour laws with a strong focus on the Middle East with expertise in technical policies and contracts, project management and bench marking. Arabic would be highly advantageous.
