During your tenure as a Senior in Human Resources, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

- Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
- Work with Talent group leaders to determine best fit candidates, co-ordinate interviews, obtain qualitative feedback and present/manage through to offer stages.
- Work with little supervision and be part of a virtual team.
- Manage your work to meet deadlines, often under severe time pressures.
- Display a team player attitude, be motivated, flexible, a creative thinker, and fast learner.
- Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrate a detail oriented and conscientious approach
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Post job openings on the recruitment management system and source profiles as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

- 4 to 5 years HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm.
- At least 2 - 3 years in house experience, hiring specifically for Financial services would be a plus.
- Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top talent
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential.
- Experience in any of these areas would be an asset: international recruitment, web-based recruitment systems, Human Resources Information Systems, competency-based HR processes.
- Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives.
- Detail oriented and conscientious.
- Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills.
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management).
- Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
- Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
