HSE Officer

Job description / Role

Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports and recommend risk mitigation to line manager.

Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective implementation of HSE procedures per activity.

Monitor maintenance, certification, and integrity of fire-fighting, life-saving, and other safety equipment.

Promote a safety-first culture, organize HSE trainings and campaigns, and identify areas requiring certification.

Check and advise on emergency procedures.

Conduct audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.

Investigate incidents and near-misses, ensuring corrective actions are taken.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve safety concerns efficiently.
