Human Resources Manager - Financial Services - Qatar
Our client is a well-respected and known financial institution based in Qatar. Due to their continued success in the market both locally and regionally, they have engaged with Gulf Connexions to help them appoint a HR Manager to join their team. Reporting to the HR Director this is an exciting opportunity to help redefine and shape the HR function in an ever-growing organization.
• Develop implement and monitor HR strategies, system and procedure to be aligned with the overall business requirements.
• Regularly review all HR policies, practice and programs.
• Ensure professional recruitment, talent mapping and succession planning programs are adopted.
• Manage to entire employee life cycle including but not limited to performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and personal development.
• Provide general HR advice across the institution.
Requirements
• 5 years + of proven generalist Human Recourse experience preferably within the banking and finance industry.
• Degree qualified in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Experience with creating, sustaining and changing a corporate environment.
• Experience in 360 recruitment and talent management would be advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• A good knowledge of local labour laws.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
