Employment: Full Time

Overview of the role

Sales engineers will promote and sell HVAC products and services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

What you will do:

Description of accountability:

Key Tasks

  • Responsible to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and margin
  • Payment collection
  • Build, manage and execute a project sales funnel
  • Conduct field visits to promote HVAC products and services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales performance
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns about product applications, warranty, and service
  • Offer guidance and recommendations on product use.

Product Knowledge:

  • Must have strong technical knowledge of ACs (Split, Window, Duct, VRF, and others)
  • Stay updated on new product releases and changes to existing products.

Training and Development:

  • Participate in giving onsite training sessions to improve potential and existing customers
  • Share best practices and insights with colleagues to enhance team performance.

Required Skills to be successful:

  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in following assembly instructions and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve queries and issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.

What equips you for the role:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC industry in Qatar. Should have good connections within the projects (Private, Government, O&G, Real estate) and trade sector in Qatar.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (native speaker)
  • Valid Qatar Driving License
