HVAC Control Technician

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, and related control panels.
• Troubleshoot and repair DDC / PLC control systems and associated field devices.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC electrical and control components.
• Monitor and calibrate sensors, actuators, valves, and control equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical and control wiring diagrams.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC & Control system maintenance, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Facility Management industry.
• Hands-on experience with DDC / PLC control panels and chiller troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and control systems.
• Experience in Facility Maintenance companies such as FMM, Al Darwish, Elegancia, Al Arabia, etc., is preferred.
