Job description / Role
The Enterprise Solution Analyst/Developer will be responsible for ensuring the proposed solutions and designs are implemented to business requirements and technology strategy. The role will include strong stakeholder engagement; day to day tasks of the Analyst / Developer will support interface development / testing / Deployment functions with a quick turnaround on expected deliverables.
Principal accountabilities
• Develop / Test / Deploy software interfaces
• Support the IT Operations function in triage, troubleshooting and system optimization
• Work in close collaboration with third party vendors and suppliers to determine the most viable solution options and cost implications.
Experience
• 5+ years EA experience with 10+ years of IT experience, Enterprise Architecture, EA frameworks and Tools.
• 5+ years of experience with server-side technologies and major application servers
• Broad technical knowledge and in-depth experience with integration and configuration: Web technologies/EAI/RDBMS/XML/Oracle SOA/Java/.NET, IBM WebSphere
• Project governance and experience in producing the relevant design artefacts
• Have the following technical skills:
* Technical Project Management skills.
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
* IBM Integration Bus 9.0
* IBM Message Broker Toolkit.
* IBM WebSphere MQSeries 7.5 and above.
* IBM WebSphere MQ Explorer.
* SOAP Web services, TCPIP Nodes.
* Parsers: XMLNSC, MRM, BLOB, DFDL.
* Source Control: SubVersion
* Deployment and Testing: SOAP-UI, RFHUTIL, MQ Visual Edit and XMLSpy
* Knowledge of the IBM Transformation Extender Pack for Supply Chain EDI

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence at all levels
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to shape and translate business needs into comprehensive solutions
• Ability to lead related initiatives from conception to implementation
• Structured approach to formal architecture methodologies
• Demonstrates creativity in identifying opportunities and finding solutions.
Qualifications
• IT related Degree (desired)
• Strong experience of System Implementation related projects and design
• Strong experience in a significant Enterprise Architecture role
• Architecture related certifications (TOGAF, Zachman, SOA)
