ICT/ ELV/ Security Expert

Job description / Role

- The purpose is to design, implement, supervise, and maintain Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) and security systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, structured cabling, and other related systems to ensure functionality compliance with technical standards, and alignment with project and client requirements.
- The ELV/Security Engineer supports project delivery through technical expertise, coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to quality, safety, and timeline expectations.
- Manage the ELV systems design and review the Security systems designs, reports, engineering plans, BoQ, specifications for various types of projects.
- Manage the execution of various ELV systems such as CCTV.
- Manage Projects from the concept design stage to the Final stage, including supervision, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and standards.
- Handling the troubleshooting of various security systems, such as the CCTV surveillance systems, cameras (Fixed, PTZ, Box or Dome etc.).
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure integration of ELV systems.
- Provide technical support for existing systems.

- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience and above, including a minimum of 7 years in GCC -Need to have enough experience in a consultant/design company.
- Interpersonal, Analytic problem-solving, Attention to detail, Creative thinking, Drive for excellence, Cross-cultural sensitivity
- Project / Program Management, Project Control Methodologies, Statistical Control tools & techniques, Project management control / software such as Primavera, MS Project etc, Earned Value Measurement, Project Management Information Systems Project Risk Management.
