Income Auditor

Job description / Role

As an Income Auditor, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of hotel revenue in the books while performing daily operating controls and ensuring proper execution of internal protocols and standards across all hotel departments.

What you will be doing:

- Hand over any pending issue raise during the night and do necessary follow-up with the management.
- Review the general cashier's report, formalize it as per internal standards and release the same to the management for further approval.
- Review daily audit results and coordinate with the operational teams and management to ensure proper compliance with internal standards and transform audit conclusions into an action plan.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- You should have a degree in hotel management or accounting and at least one year of previous experience within a hotel environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must, while knowledge of Opera and micros system is an asset.
- The ideal candidate will be an analytical, pragmatic thinker with a high level of integrity and professionalism. You are result-oriented, able to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment and maintain a fair, consistent set of standards.
