Job Description

- Audit and verify all revenue transactions, including room revenue, food and beverage sales, and other ancillary services.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and posted in the accounting system.
- Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management.
- Reconcile revenue discrepancies and resolve any issues or variances.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and prepare financial statements.
- Monitor and review all accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in an auditing or finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
