Job description / Role

Objectives: Responsible for installation of printed jobs, such as windows displays, point of sale (POS) material, and building wrapping. Follow print production schedules, print specifications and installation orders. Ensuring consistency and quality control through the print and installation process.

Main responsibilities:
• Ensure no damage of material is caused through the installation process
• Complete projects and tasks within agreed time frames to minimize additional costs that may occur as a result of delays
• Portray professionalism when liaising with clients ensuring service standards delivered are of the highest quality
• Ensure consistency and quality control through the installation process, including finishing to provide the best quality as per the required specifications
• Assess project site where installation is to take place to ensure accurate installation, and effective installation of products
• Deliver the installation requirements within the assigned time scales to maintain minimal disruption to clients
• Ensure accuracy of measurements and sizes are reflected in briefing documents provided by the Production Manager and provide feedback when necessary
• Ensure health and safety is maintained throughout the installation process through following correct procedures, and utilizing the required tools and resources available
• Recommend and provide alternative solutions when necessary if the client expectation can not be delivered due to factors including materials, location etc
• Ensure no projects are left incomplete through prioritizing workload, and scheduling appropriately
• Manage maintenance of installation tools including wear and tear, or damages to ensure safety as well as efficiencies

Reporting to: Production Manager

Travel requirements: travel required within the country, transportation is provided

Requirements

University Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent

Nature and length of previous experience: 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role
