Our newest opportunity is for a talented Instrumentation Inspector to join our award-winning team based in Qatar (role is outside of Doha). The project is focused on Wet Utilities therefore having worked on Reservoir projects or large scale sewage treatment projects will be beneficial to your application.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Supervising all or a portion of the contractors instrumentation work as assigned by the Resident Engineer, and take responsibility for inspections .
- Being involved in Inspecting various testing and commissioning activities .
- Giving input into draft answers for correspondences and RFI's for the site Resident Engineer .
- Implementing corrective and preventive action .
- Carrying out various inspections (Can include inspection of pumps, water reservoir and building electrical layouts etc.)
- Recording of contractors responses to inspections .
- Attending weekly, monthly and other meetings held at the site as directed by the Resident Engineer .
- Visiting the site in order to check the design implementation according to the approved drawings as assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum of 8 years work experience in supervision of instrumentation works related to hydraulic structures partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related subject to the work field.

The role is located outside of Doha and assistance will be provided with transportation between a collection/drop off point and the site.
