Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Identify Interface Points (IP) & Stakeholders (Client, Subcontractors, Authorities, Neighbours).
• Establish communication channel for IP Stakeholders.
• Plan and Manage Project Interface Timeline.
• Ensure all specifications/drawings relating to IP are available and updated.
• Organize interface coordination meetings.
• Plan and liaise with CMT to mobilize adequate resources at Interface Points.
• Ensure NOCs and Permit to Work available for Interface Points.
• Dossier Closing for Interface Points.

Deliverables

• Interface Matrix and Contact List.
• Weekly Project Interface Report.
• Interface Minutes of Meeting.
• IP Execution Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 15 years related experience, out of which at least 5 years should be in managing interfaces with concurrent projects, operations, regulatory authorities and utilities providers for EPIC projects preferably in Qatar.
• This shall be a dedicated position in Contractor’s organization.
• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic is required.
