The Interior Design Director will have overall responsibility for design quality, concept development, and execution across complex projects, while providing leadership to design teams and acting as a senior interface with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Description

* Lead and oversee interior design concepts from early design through detailed design and site execution for luxury hospitality, mixed use projects
* Ensure consistent design quality, brand alignment, and delivery standards across projects
* Manage and mentor senior designers and project teams
* Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is delivered
* Engage directly with clients, presenting design strategies and resolving design-related challenges
* Contribute to design reviews, approvals, and overall project governance

A successful Interior Design Director should have:

* Background exclusively within top-tier interior design firms based in Dubai
* Proven experience delivering high-end luxury and premium projects, including hospitality, hotels, palaces, commercial, luxury residential, and mixed-use development
* Demonstrated career stability, with long tenures and progressive responsibility within organisations
* Strong professional maturity, having grown organically into leadership roles
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related discipline
