Job title: Interior Architect
Location: Qatar
Salary: 20,000-25,000 QAR (dependent on experience)

Our client, who is one of the leading architecture and engineering firms in the GCC region, requires an experienced Interior Architect to join them on a permanent basis. A successful candidate will be supervising the works of relevant contractors to ensure quality and construction are in accordance with drawings, specifications, BOQs and local regulations, acting as a focal point to the client and to the Project Director and Resident Engineer.

Duties:
* Hands on in monitoring the interior architectural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual
* Review and inspection of materials and suppliers to ensure required standards
* Inspect materials delivered on site for quality and compliance with specification
* Liaison and coordinate with the necessary specialized sub-consultants
* Assist with the review contractors claims related to interior architectural works and preparing technical recommendations for claims to Architectural PM
* Reviewing the contractor's project record documents relevant to their discipline

Requirements

* Degree qualified
* GCC experience
* Relevant experience as an Interior Architect
* Able to speak Arabic and English
* Must be willing to work 6 day weeks
