Interior Designer

Job description / Role

• Checks and prepares Design of allocated team
• Claims variation orders to PDM in coordination with HOD
• Coordinates technical issues with other departments or sections
• Define design concept
• Perform other duties as required by the head related to the job
• Prepare, develops systems insuring that design, quality standards and adopted codes are met
• Prepares work schedules
• Supervise project engineers
• Visit sites during work and prepares all related site visit reports

Other related:
• Check the design in the manner of justification of items prepared during tender documents preparation
• Coordinates technical issues with other departments or sections
• Inspects construction work
• Perform other duties as required by the head related to the job
• Prepare, develops systems insuring that design, quality standards and adopted codes are met
• Prepares bill of quantities
• Prepares Reports if necessary
• Reviews and approves shop drawings and materials (if needed)

Requirements

• Education and experience
• Require a bachelor degree in engineering

• Computer literacy in specialty software
