Job description / Role
Leading International Banking Organisation is looking to hire experienced Investment Banking Analysts with Equity Capital Markets experience.
With great international exposure and a strong brand. This is a role where you can gain great deal exposure much earlier than you would at a bulge bracket bank, and also be given more responsibility.
You will be working alongside highly experienced individuals, who have worked in the major European financial centres, and have vast and in-depth knowledge of the Equity Capital Market sector.
This is an entrepreneurial role where you will gain excellent exposure to deals in a structure that promotes growth, coaching and mentoring of junior staff.
Great opportunity to work on large scale and mid-market transactions.
Duties:
- You will be required to prepare pitch-books, information memorandum and management presentations.
- This role will be heavily involved on the origination and execution of (ECM) Equity Capital Markets transactions.
- To carry out due diligence & financial analysis.
- All aspects of financial Modelling & Valuations.
- Various ad hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements
- Ideally you should have 1-3 years (ECM) Equity Capital Markets experience gained from a top tier bank or boutique, either in an ECM (Equity Capital Markets) team or a Coverage team with IPO exposure
- You must have a good degree gained at a reputable University
- Ideally you should have strong presentation skills gained from a top Investment Bank
