Job description / Role
A leading investment company in Qatar is currently seeking for an Investment Manager - Real Estate.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and secure transaction mandates with-in agreed parameters and perform due diligence
- Responsible to negotiate with technical skills that include dealing with Partners, Clients, Third party service providers, property managers, appraisers and auditors
- Review and communication of market intelligence and the investment environment relevant to the business sectors.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience of which minimum 5 years should be directly relevant to real estate or M &A/transactions type role
- In-depth understating of various Fund structures and its functioning
- Must have exposure to Europe, UK and US real estate markets
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate proposals, scenario analyses, budgets, cash flow and valuation models
